介绍了测定岩矿样品中不同形态碳的方法。样品中加入MnO2作氧化剂,在气相色谱仪内热解,测定结果是总碳。有机碳、石墨碳是由样品分别除去碳酸盐碳、碳酸盐碳与有机碳后,按总碳测定法测出。无机碳(碳酸盐碳)是在气相色谱仪密封系统内加酸分解碳酸盐,不用附加系统分离H2O与CO2,直接经色谱柱分离测定。也可分别测定总碳、有机碳或无机碳,用差减法计算无机碳或有机碳。 相似文献

Increased ultraviolet-B radiation (UV-B) in aquatic ecosystems brought about by stratospheric ozone depletion may result in
increased formation rates of photochemical reaction products in the surface waters of aquatic ecosystems. In this study, the
potential impact of increases in lower wave-length radiation on the formation of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and singlet oxygen (1O2) was modelled for lakes over a range of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentrations. The impact of increased UV-B radiation
on the production of carbon monoxide (CO) was also calculated for two humic stained systems. The relative increases of H2O2 and1O2 production were greater in the clear lakes (70% increase in photochemical reaction rates near the surface) than the coloured
systems (25%). Production of CO in the study sites also increased under depleted ozone conditions implying increased DOC losses

How to restore the residual organic carbon and residual hydrocarbon-generating potential is discussed based on the hydrocarbon
degradability of source rock. The results indicate there is linear function relationship between the restoring coefficient
of residual organic carbon (Kc) and the vitrinite reflectance (R
o%) of various kinds of source rock, but the relationship is secondary functional between the restoring coefficient of residual
hydrocarbon-generating potential (Ks) and the vitrinite reflectance (R
o%). It is pointed out thatKc = (1 -Dresidual)/(1 -D

residual). The restoration of residual organic carbon and hydrocarbon-generating potential of the Cambrian and Ordovician highly mature
marine carbonate in the Tarim Basin and North China region shows that the lower limit value of hydrocarbon generating potential
and the organic matter abundance of carbonate source rock are basically the same as that of clastic rock. The technical difficulty

In order to determine the aliphatic carbon content in sedimentary organic particles near-infrared (NIR) microscope spectroscopy has been employed for the first time. An ordinary lens microscope photometer common for vitrinite reflectance measurements has been modified to detect hydrocarbon absorbance differences with a spatial resolution of about 30 μm.Microscopic studies of natural and artificial samples under reflected light condition were shown to be unsuitable for quantitative aliphatic C--- determination. Transmitted light measurements ofliptinites in polished thin sections, however, could be calibrated against synthetic polymer blends without exact knowledge of the sample thickness. In contrast to the established microscopic techniques for characterizing coal and petroleum source rocks NIR microspectroscopy is able to follow the chemical alterations of liptinites directly with comparatively low cost. 相似文献

Particulate organic carbon (POC) of 161 water samples collected from 8 depths (surface to 1000 m) at 21 stations was measured. The POC concentrations ranged from 154 to 554 ¼g per litre at the surface and decreased in the upper 300 m water column. At greater depths (> 300 m), POC concentrations increased and were similar (145 to 542 ¼g1?1) to those observed at surface. Deep water POC maximum was embedded within the oxygen minimum layer and was also associated with high phosphate-phosphorus. The POC contents increased, whereas oxygen decreased as the distance away from the shore increased. Phytoplankton biomass was a major source of POC. The observed pattern of POC is discussed with respect to some physicochemical and biological factors. 相似文献

Cross polarization, magic-angle spinning 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy was used to characterize humic fractions isolated from different soils. The acid fractions are more aromatic than the humin fractions, probably due to the higher polyssaccharide content of humins. However, fulvic acid fractions are more aromatic than the corresponding humic acid and humin fractions. These results can be interpreted in terms of the isolation procedure, because the high affinity of Polyclar AT for phenols results in higher aromaticities as compared with other isolation methods (e.g. charcoal). 相似文献

Extensive functional group analyses were performed on humic acids representative of eight increasing depth levels from a core drilled in the Mahakam delta (East Kalimantan, Indonesia). Oxygen amounts decrease observed during early diagenesis was related chiefly to loss of hydroxyl (lignol?) groups. Comparison between upper and deeper levels shows the following variations: hydroxyl group abundances go from 19 to 6% of humic oxygen. Identified functional groups amounts represent 47 to 32% of weight of moisture- and ash-free humic acids. No evidence of decarboxylation of humic material was detected. 相似文献
